No. Bookings are made one at a time, so pick the date and time you want on each occasion. Anything you have already booked is listed on your account page.

Question 10

How far ahead can I book?

Accepted Answer

For regular sessions you can book up to 300 days ahead. Dates further out appear on the booking page closer to the time. Some sessions are one-off dates, or run to a set end date, so they do not follow this window.

Question 11

How late can I book?

Accepted Answer

Bookings stay open until the session ends, so you can still book a session that has already started. Once a session has finished it comes off the booking page.

Question 12

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Payment methods are set by the venue and vary by region, typically card payments, with mobile wallets and local bank-debit options where the venue has enabled them. Memberships and Bundles unlock reduced prices automatically when you are signed in.

Question 13

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the manage link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 24 hours before the session starts, or to cancel up to 24 hours before the session starts. Booked the wrong date by mistake? You can change it yourself in the first 15 minutes after booking, even if it's past the reschedule cut-off. Paid bookings are refunded to the original payment method. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

Question 14

What happens if a session is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

You will get an email letting you know. Any payment is refunded in full to the original payment method automatically. There is nothing you need to do. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

Question 15

Can I change a private hire booking?

Accepted Answer

Private hire bookings can only be changed by the venue. Contact Suvi Sauna to make any changes or to cancel. Adding or removing spaces on a private hire booking is always done by Suvi Sauna.

Question 16

What does a membership include?

Accepted Answer

Suvi Bristol Membership - £5 Sessions includes a member price on eligible sessions. Suvi Clevedon Membership - Unlimited includes 50% off eligible sessions. Suvi Clevedon Legacy Membership includes 4 sessions each billing period. Brewer Membership includes 16 sessions each billing period. A member rate covers your own space on a booking. Any extra spaces on the same booking are charged at the usual price. A member price can differ by session, and some sessions are not included. The price you pay is shown on the booking page once you are signed in.

Question 17

Do included sessions roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. Included sessions are counted against the period the session takes place in, so anything you have not used when a new period starts is not carried over. An included session is counted when you book, and it is returned to the period the session sat in if you cancel.

Question 18

What happens to my bookings if my membership ends?

Accepted Answer

Bookings that used a session included in your membership are cancelled if the session is after your membership ends, and you will get an email about each one. Anything extra you paid on those bookings is refunded. Sessions before your membership ends are not affected, and if you cancel, your membership keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

Question 19

How does my membership apply when I book?

Accepted Answer

Sign in with the email address your membership is under and book as normal. Your membership is applied automatically at checkout. One included session covers one space on the booking, and any extra spaces on the same booking are charged at the usual price.

Question 20

How do I change or cancel my membership?

To move to a different membership, go to your account page and choose Change plan. To update your card or cancel, open Manage payment. If you cannot make the change you need there, contact Suvi Sauna.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Gift vouchers can be bought for Suvi Sauna from the gift vouchers page. Pick a voucher, add a personal message, and the recipient receives a code by email that they redeem at checkout.

Question 22

Question 23

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Accepted Answer

Some sessions ask you to agree to a waiver and some do not. Where one applies, you read and agree once when you book, and that covers the spaces on your booking. Whether a waiver applies depends on the session you book and where it runs.

Question 24

Who do I contact about my booking?
