Directions to find us

Turn into Penn Meadow Farm, ignore the first immediate left, head up the track (please not this track is bumpy), take the 2nd left half way up the hill (follow the sign that says sauna). Please park on the right sensible in the field.

What to bring

Two towels - (you must sit on one inside the sauna, and a fresh one for drying after)
Swimwear or a towel wrap
A robe or layers if you like for rest periods outside
Flip flops or sandals for in between rounds (the floor outside is not suitable for barefeet).
A full water bottle - drinking water is a 5 minute walk away
A sauna hat if you have one

Good to know before you arrive

Our sauna host will meet you on arrival.

Eat lightly and drink plenty of water beforehand
Arrive on time - sessions are timed and we can't extend for late arrivals or let people in early as others will be in session.
Come changed and ready if you can - it makes the most of your hour, we have a shared changing room on site.
If you have any health concerns, please check with your GP before booking
Toilets and hot showers are available to use on site but they are a 3 minute walk. (Continue uphill following the tree line from the sauna and the toilets are there). We recommend using the toilet before or after your session if needed.

Park in the field and follow the directions provided and signs.
