Leeds Community Sauna runs sessions at 2 locations: Leeds Community Sauna (Leeds Community Sauna, Kirkstall Valley Farm, LS4 2DD); The Glade (The Glade at Leeds Community Sauna, Kirkstall Valley Farm, LS4 2DD). Each location has its own booking page - pick the one you want when you book.

When are you open?

At Leeds Community Sauna, public sessions run Tuesday to Wednesday 16:15-21:15 and Thursday to Sunday 07:45-21:15. At The Glade, public sessions run Saturday 09:45-10:45 and Sunday 14:00-15:00. Times change week to week - the calendar always shows what is actually bookable. These are the times recurring sessions run. One-off dates and cancelled sessions can differ, so check the calendar for a particular day.

Leeds Community Sauna runs The Woodland Sauna Club, Non-clothed sauna (mixed-gender), Plant Folk – herbal sauna, Movement In Nature Workshop, Supper Club, Relax & retore yoga - with Ekaterina, Sauna & plunge and Quiet sauna, and more. Private hire is also available. The calendar shows every session that is currently bookable.

How much does it cost?

Prices run from £0 to £65 a session, depending on which session you book and which price you choose. Leeds Community Sauna offers a choice of prices - Supporter price, Regular price, Supported price, Adult Sauna, Free space and Investment - so you can pick the one that fits. The exact price shows on each session when you book. Prices differ by session, so the range above spans every session this venue currently runs.

How do I book a session with Leeds Community Sauna?

Pick a date from the calendar, choose an available time slot, enter your details, and complete payment if the session is paid. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to manage the booking.

Do I need an account to book?

Accepted Answer

Not if you have not booked here before. You can book as a guest using just your email address. If you already have an account with that address you are asked to sign in first, and an account makes managing future bookings easier.

Can I book the same session every week automatically?

No. Bookings are made one at a time, so pick the date and time you want on each occasion. Anything you have already booked is listed on your account page.

How far ahead can I book?

Depending on the session, you can book between 40 and 42 days ahead. Dates further out appear on the booking page closer to the time. How far ahead you can book depends on the session. Some sessions are one-off dates, or run to a set end date, so they do not follow this window. Members can book further ahead - see memberships.

How late can I book?

Bookings stay open until the session ends, so you can still book a session that has already started. Once a session has finished it comes off the booking page.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment methods are set by the venue and vary by region, typically card payments, with mobile wallets and local bank-debit options where the venue has enabled them. Memberships and Bundles unlock reduced prices automatically when you are signed in.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the manage link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 48 hours before the session starts, or to cancel up to 48 hours before the session starts. Paid bookings are refunded to the original payment method. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

What happens if a session is cancelled?

You will get an email letting you know. Any payment is refunded in full to the original payment method automatically. There is nothing you need to do. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

Can I change a private hire booking?

Private hire bookings can only be changed by the venue. Contact Leeds Community Sauna to make any changes or to cancel. Adding or removing spaces on a private hire booking is always done by Leeds Community Sauna.

What does a membership include?

Test membership includes 50% off eligible sessions and booking 1 day further ahead than non-members. Community Membership includes 50% off eligible sessions and booking 14 days further ahead than non-members. Community Saver Membership includes 50% off eligible sessions and booking 14 days further ahead than non-members. Community Supporter Membership includes 60% off eligible sessions and booking 14 days further ahead than non-members. Community Student Membership includes 50% off eligible sessions. A member rate covers your own space on a booking. Any extra spaces on the same booking are charged at the usual price. A member price can differ by session, and some sessions are not included. The price you pay is shown on the booking page once you are signed in.

Can members book earlier than everyone else?

Test membership members can book 1 day further ahead than non-members. Community Membership members can book 14 days further ahead than non-members. Community Saver Membership members can book 14 days further ahead than non-members. Community Supporter Membership members can book 14 days further ahead than non-members. Earlier dates appear on the booking page once you are signed in. Sessions that run to a set end date close on that date for everyone, members included.

How does my membership apply when I book?

Sign in with the email address your membership is under and book as normal. Your membership is applied automatically at checkout.

How do I change or cancel my membership?

Go to your account page and open Manage payment to see your subscription. If you cannot make the change you need there, contact Leeds Community Sauna.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Yes. Gift vouchers can be bought for Leeds Community Sauna from the gift vouchers page. Pick a voucher, add a personal message, and the recipient receives a code by email that they redeem at checkout.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes. You are asked to read and agree to the venue's waiver when you book, and your agreement covers the spaces on your booking. If the wording changes you are asked to agree again the next time you book.
