Shared-capacity timed sessions
Set a capacity and guests book spaces in the same slot until it’s full. Overbooking is blocked at checkout, and a waiting list can tell people when a space opens.
Private hire of the whole space
Add a private hire price and one customer books out the whole session, so nobody else can join it.
Shorter sessions share capacity
Sell a 30-minute slot alongside the full hour. Both draw on the same spaces, so you never sell more than the room holds.

Memberships
Monthly memberships with a set number of included sessions or a member rate, plus early access to book before everyone else. You choose which sessions each tier covers.
Bundles
Bundles (session packs) are prepaid sessions, like 10 for the price of 8, with the expiry and the sessions you choose. A credit comes off each time the holder books.
Gift vouchers
Sell gift vouchers from your booking page, for an amount or for a session, so a regular can bring someone who’s never been.
WAIVERS AND CHECK-IN
Waivers signed before guests arrive
Per-guest waivers
Each guest signs their own waiver on their own phone, from a link or QR code the booker shares. Returning guests don’t sign again unless you change the terms, and each signature is kept with when it was signed and which version was agreed.
Check-in at the door
Staff open the day’s session on the Bookings page, tap each guest in as they arrive and check that waivers are signed. Install it on a phone or tablet as an app for the front desk.
PRICING
Pricing, stated plainly
Free to set up, with no subscription and no contract. Session charges 0.5% per paid booking, capped at US$150 a month, and free bookings carry no fee. Card fees are Stripe’s standard rates, and payments go into your studio’s own Stripe account in US dollars.
