Add each beach, lido or field you pitch at as a location. Guests pick a location at the top of your booking page and only see the times there, and each location gets its own page you can put on a flyer, a QR code by the sauna or your social profiles.
Move one session between places by changing where a date runs, and archive a pitch when you stop going there - its past bookings stay in your reports.

A schedule that moves when you do
Mobile saunas rarely run the same week twice. Set a weekly schedule where you have one, and add everything else as dated sessions: a range of back-to-back starts in one go, a festival weekend at its own price, or a sunrise session that only opens to book a few days before.

Hide a date to stop new bookings without cancelling anyone, or close a whole day of regular sessions, for a travel day or a broken stove.
Move a regular time
Move a regular time by up to an hour and Session emails everyone booked. You choose whether they can cancel for a full refund, credit, or under your usual policy.
A waiting list for full sessions
When a space opens, the waiting list tells people, so a cancellation on the beach doesn’t go empty.

Private hire on the same calendar as your social sessions
Birthdays, hen parties, team days and wedding mornings often book the whole sauna. Add a private price to any session and one group books it out; the date then shows as fully booked, so it’s never sold twice.

Session sells time in your sauna. Hiring the trailer out to a customer’s address for a weekend isn’t a booking type in Session today.

PRICING
Quiet months cost almost nothing
Free to set up, with no monthly subscription and no contract. Session charges 0.5% per paid booking, capped monthly in your own currency - £100, €90, US$150, A$150 or NZ$170 - and free bookings carry no fee. A month you don’t trade costs nothing, and a quiet winter month with £1,000 of bookings costs £5.
Card fees are Stripe’s standard rates, and payments go into your own Stripe account. The cap is per venue, so extra pitches never cost more, and your cap never goes up as you grow. Operators already taking more than £30k a month in bookings (or the equivalent in their currency) when they join agree a cap with us directly.

Does Session work for a mobile sauna?
Yes. Session is built for saunas that sell time in shared sessions or private hire, and that includes trailer, horsebox and pop-up saunas. Add each place you pitch as a location, add dated sessions when you know where you’ll be, and sell private hire, gift vouchers, bundles and memberships. Mobile saunas in the UK, the US, Australia and New Zealand already use Session.
Can I run my sauna at different pitches?
Yes. Add each pitch as a location with its own address and booking link. Guests choose a location on your booking page and see only the times there, and each location has its own page for flyers, QR codes and social profiles.
My times change every week with the tide. Will that work?
Yes. Skip the weekly schedule and drag across the hours you’ll be open on your calendar’s Week view. Quick add lays out back-to-back starts to add in one click, skipping any times already there.
What happens if I have to cancel for the weather?
Cancel the date and everyone booked is refunded or given credit, depending on your policy, and emailed with the reason you type. To stop new bookings without cancelling anyone, hide the date instead.
Can I sell private hire for parties and events?
Yes. Add a private price to any session so one group can book the whole sauna, or charge by group size with a price per size. For an event at its own time and price, create a one-off session and send the client its link to book and pay.

Can I rent my sauna trailer out for a weekend?
Not as a booking type. Session sells time in your sauna, by the session or as private hire, including a full day at an event. Multi-day trailer rentals delivered to a customer’s address need a separate quote and invoice outside Session.
