“Session doesn’t take a fixed fee, but 0.5% with a monthly cap. So in quiet months, the fees are low, and in busy months, you know you won’t pay more than £100.”

Most of them switched from something else
Nine of these ten venues moved from another booking system, five of them from Acuity. None had to start again.
“Switching over has been seamless. Moving from Acuity was straightforward, and whenever we got stuck, Wil was there to help right away.”
Araminta S, Wildcat Community Sauna
“We switched from Periode. Mainly because Periode was developed for the Norwegian market, not for the UK market.”
Renny V, Sauna Uno
You talk to the person who built it
Session is built and supported by Wil, the founder. Questions go to him, and so do feature requests.
“Any time we have a question or issue, Wil has been incredibly responsive. It genuinely feels like the product is being improved in partnership with the people using it.”
Ross M, Glasgow Community Sauna
“Wil has been extremely supportive, responsive and willing to make changes to accommodate our setup, particularly given that we are based in Australia.”
Sarah W, Salted Barrel
