Bundles

Best for loyal customers who don't visit often enough to justify a subscription, but want to commit to a pack of sessions at a lower price.

Bundles are sold from the same top-nav page as gift vouchers. The customer pays once, gets a number of session credits, and applies them at checkout until the bundle runs out or expires. Under the hood a bundle is a voucher with a session count, so you get all the same redemption controls as a regular voucher.

When to use it

Short-term loyalty.
A 10-session bundle valid for three months is a softer commitment than a rolling membership.

Pre-paid packs as a discount.
Sell 10 sessions for the price of 8 to encourage upfront payment.

Course or programme pricing.
A 6-week beginner course can be sold as a 6-session bundle limited to that template.

  • Sessions included - The number of session credits in the bundle.

  • Bundle price - What the customer pays.

  • Original price - Optional. Shown crossed-out on the purchase page to highlight the saving.

  • Limit by session type - Restrict the bundle to specific session templates. Useful for course bundles or single-class passes.

  • Limit when this bundle can be redeemed - Set an expiry in months from the purchase date. After this point unused credits are gone.

  • Limit by session date - Credits only cover sessions on or before a fixed date. Useful for a summer pass or programme that ends on a known date.

  • Limit total bundles sold - A sales cap. Once hit, the bundle stops selling. Good for early-bird offers.
