Turn any wall into a booking channel.
The booking poster is a printable A4 sheet with a QR code that opens your booking page, so walk-ins can scan and book a session on their phone while they are standing in front of you.
What you can do with it
- Capture walk-ins - put a poster at your entrance or reception so people who arrive without a booking can scan and book on the spot.
- Match your booking page automatically - the poster uses your logo, your page background and the same header banner your booking page shows, so it looks like the page the QR code opens. If your banner is a photo, you get the photo; if it's a solid colour, you get that colour, and the rule along the bottom picks it up so the sheet is bookended.
- Add your own words - set a custom title and subtitle for the occasion, like a season, an offer, or a specific location.
- Print or save as PDF - print straight from your browser, or save a PDF to send to a print shop.
- Design your own - download just the QR code as an image and drop it into your own flyer, A-board, or social post.
Good to know
- The QR code always points to your live booking page (
bookasession.org/your-name). Scan it with your phone before printing to check it opens the right page. - The title and subtitle are not saved. They reset each time you open the page, so set them just before you print.
- For a clean, full-page result, set margins to "None" in the print dialog, and turn on "Background graphics" if your brand colours are missing.
- If the code is hard to scan, print it larger and keep clear white space around it. Avoid covering it with tape or stickers.
- Show header image only appears when your banner is set to a photo. If you've set your banner to a solid colour, the poster prints that colour and there's nothing to switch off.
- The poster prints on your page background - the colour behind your booking page. On the Dark theme that's a dark sheet, and the poster's text switches to light so it stays readable. Check the preview before you print, and see the margin/background note above.
